EMERGENCY REPAIRS (OUT OF OFFICE HOURS)

Please call 07830 288699 to speak to our out of hours team . If no answer text to same number details of the issue, your contact number and address.

If you are unable to reach us and had no reply to your call or text you can call a local contractor to attend the emergency . This is only if you have an emergency that requires immediate attention and Camloc have been unable to attend . This is not for repairs that can be dealt with during normal office hours . Call our emergency number first . Any costs you incur for call out of a private contractor will be reimbursed if the emergency was not caused by tenant negligence. If you or the property are at risk call 07830 288699 if we do not reply text or call a private contractor, emergencies only .
 
If you have a fire or Gas/ leak call the emergency service immediately . If the issue is in a communal area of the building please call the building management company who’s number should be by the main entrance

As tenant you are responsible for all utilities such as

  • Gas

  • Electric 

  • Water and also the council tax

 
Further to this you are responsible for TV licence and broadband costs
